1. Initial Conversation
We start with a free 30-minute conversation to understand your development, where you are in the process and what you would like to achieve.
2. Property Assessment
We arrange an initial on-site visit to understand your property, identify the areas where training would be most useful and discuss your objectives.
3. Agree Your Training
Following the assessment, we agree a training programme suited to your development, including the number of visits, areas to cover and fees.
4. Training & Ongoing Support
Training takes place at your property, with visits arranged around the needs and progress of your development. Additional individual support is available when required.
Together, we identify opportunities, make better use of space and focus on the decisions that add value, control costs and improve potential returns.

Design-Led Development Training
Practical, one-to-one training at your property, working together on your own development.
1. Assess & Plan
We start by looking at the whole project — the property, layout, budget, market, design, team and trades. We work out what needs doing, where value can be added and how everything fits together before moving forward.
2. Develop the Plan
We look at the options, agree priorities and work through the important decisions together, keeping costs and potential returns in mind.
3. Review & Move Forward
As work progresses, we meet on-site at agreed stages to review progress, deal with any issues and make sure the decisions still work with the overall plan.
What's Included
Free 30-minute discovery call to discuss your development and training needs.
On-site sessions, usually around three hours.
Preparation and a short written summary after each visit.
Agreed support between visits.
The number of visits depends on the size and complexity of your development. We agree what's needed before training begins.
Fees & Payment
Training fees depend on the size, complexity and stage of your development. Following the initial assessment, we agree on the training programme, fees and payment arrangements before work begins.

£950 FOR A THREE-HOUR ON-SITE VISIT
Design-Led Development Training
From £3,500, depending on the project and required training level.
Individual Support
£325 PER HOUR
Existing Training Clients
£250 per hour for additional support.
If you continue with a training programme, we deduct the initial assessment fee from the agreed package price, where it forms part of the programme.
Travel outside our local area is charged separately.
