“Monica was fantastic. She gave me excellent advice on my apartments overlooking a river in Provence. Her insights on design and development were invaluable in transforming my property into a three-apartment holiday rental. She offered valuable suggestions regarding layout, as well as kitchen and bathroom design, style, colour, and furniture. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.”

Who’s behind Space EDIT
I’m Monica Fino, an architectural designer and design-led property developer with over 20 years’ experience developing and transforming residential properties.
After qualifying at the University of the Arts London (UAL), I worked across a wide range of residential projects in London, from houses to apartments and conversions.
Alongside my design background, I have developed my own properties, giving me first-hand experience of the decisions, costs and practicalities involved in property development.
Space EDIT brings these two perspectives together through Design-Led Development — providing one-to-one development training for small and medium-sized property developers, using their own development.
